Lorena Organics Refund Policy

Returns

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags, packaging, and any accompanying accessories.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged goods).

Exchanges
